After checkout, wait until the package is Active in your dashboard, copy the proxy details, configure your browser or tool, then send a test request. Timing and billing still follow your trial type — see the trials hub.
Steps
Confirm checkout succeeded and open your dashboard.
Wait until the package shows Active (usually 1–3 minutes after card payment; crypto can take longer) — How long does it take for Proxies to become Active?.
Open the trial or Test Drive package → copy host, port, username/password (or IP authorization if you use that mode).
Check format and auth:
Configure your tool, then test the connection:

Free 2-day trial — IP change / swap
The free 2-day trial includes one static proxy for 2 days. A different IP is not guaranteed. If you need a replacement, contact support from the dashboard with your proxy IP and reason — How can I swap or replace my proxies?. To avoid the monthly charge, cancel within 2 days.
Package not Active after payment?
Refresh the dashboard, confirm the charge in Order Summary / email, wait a few minutes, then contact support with the account email and approximate purchase time.
