In order to cancel your Proxy Subscription and Package, please do the following:
Log in to our control panel.
Navigate to your account dashboard and locate the list of active packages.
Click the trash bin icon next to the package you wish to cancel.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.
Please note: there are options to cancel Immediately or at the end of the billing cycle: When you cancel your subscription following the proper steps, you will not be charged again. If you have requested a refund for a canceled subscription, the related billing will also be canceled, ensuring no further charges. To confirm that your membership or package has been successfully canceled:
Check your account to ensure no packages are linked to your account email.
If you are unsure, contact the PrivateProxy.me admin to verify the cancellation status using the email linked to your account.
Immediate Cancellation: The package and its proxies are removed right away.
End-of-Cycle Cancellation: Your proxies remain active until the billing cycle ends, and the package expires without future charges.
