You can cancel your proxy subscription and package from your dashboard. When you cancel following the steps below, you will not be charged again for that package (unless a charge was already due before you cancelled).
On a trial or introductory plan?
Cancel before the next charge. For trial types and pricing, see Proxy trials: free 2-day and introductory pricing on rotating plans.
Situation | Cancel by |
Free 2-day trial (static ISP or datacenter) | Within 2 days after your subscription starts — before the first monthly charge |
Introductory pricing (rotating plans) | Before your next billing date — to avoid the full monthly renewal |
Introductory rotating plans are paid at checkout (not free). The subscription renews at the full monthly price unless you cancel in time.
How to cancel
Step 1 — Open My Proxies
Log in to your dashboard. You land on My Proxies — the table of your active packages (you can also open it from the main menu).
Step 2 — Find your package
Find the package you want to cancel. Use ID, Type, Package, or Due date (trial packages show a Trial tag).
Step 3 — Open the About tab
Open that subscription and go to the About tab.
Step 4 — Start cancellation
Scroll to the bottom of About. Click Cancel in Cancel Proxy Subscription.
Step 5 — Fix or continue
In the Cancel Package Subscription dialog, check Package ID and Package name. If proxies are not working, use Fix My Proxies or swap your proxies instead of cancelling.
Click I don't need a replacement! Please just cancel.
Step 6 — Choose when to cancel
Under How to Cancel, choose At the end of billing cycle or Right now, then click Cancel Subscription.
Step 7 — Reason and confirm
Select a Reason for Cancelation. If you choose Other, fill in Please provide a reason for cancelation.
Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the dialog to finish.
Confirm cancellation worked
A confirmation message appears at the top — for example: Package subscription will be canceled at the billing cycle end. If you chose end-of-cycle cancel, the package may stay Active until the cycle ends; that is expected.
If you chose Right now, the package should disappear from My Proxies shortly after.
