In order to cancel your Proxy Subscription and Package, please do the following:
Login to our control panel.
You should see the list of your current proxy Subscriptions
Click the "Delete" button next to Subscription that you wish to cancel, as shown on the picture below:
Please note: this button Immediately cancels your Package, even if you have any period left until the next payment.
We are working to allow cancellations at the end of the billing period, but there is no ETA right now for this feature to be added.
