Yes — if the package is Inactive, open it and use Repurchase this package, then choose Wallet at checkout. Swap does not renew a package and does not spend Wallet.
Wallet is the prepaid balance in Billing → Wallet. Top-ups are non-refundable. Adding money to Wallet (including Auto Top-Up) only funds the balance. It does not by itself renew a card or PayPal subscription.
Crypto and USDT top-ups can take up to an hour to appear in Billing → Wallet, depending on the network. If the balance is still missing after that, contact support and include the transaction hash. A Wallet deposit is not the same as activating a newly purchased proxy package.
Package is Inactive — pay with Wallet
This is the usual path when you have Wallet funds and the proxy package will not renew.
Open Billing → Wallet and top up if the balance is lower than the package price.
Open the Inactive package in the dashboard.
Go to the About tab.
Under Repurchase this package, click Repurchase.
On checkout, choose Wallet.
If Wallet is greyed out, the price is higher than your balance — top up first.
Do not use the Swap button for this. Swap replaces an IP on an active package. It does not take payment from Wallet.
You also cannot pay this cycle from Last invoice with Wallet.
If this package already renews from Wallet
Keep auto-renew on and keep enough balance for the next cycle. At the end of the billing cycle we charge Wallet automatically.
If the charge fails, the package becomes Inactive — then use Repurchase and Wallet as above. After a Wallet top-up we may also retry the automatic charge.
If you turn auto-renew off, the package ends on the expiry date.
If this package renews on a card or PayPal
Auto-renew uses the saved card or PayPal. Wallet is not charged for that cycle.
To use Wallet instead, wait until the package is Inactive (or start a new order) and follow Repurchase → Wallet at checkout.
