Yes — you can choose Wallet at checkout, and packages already paid from Wallet can renew automatically. Adding money to Wallet does not switch an existing card or PayPal subscription to Wallet.
My subscription currently uses a card or PayPal
Renewals continue using your saved card or PayPal, even when you have money in Wallet. Wallet is not an automatic backup if that payment fails.
If you want to switch an active subscription to Wallet or apply your deposit to upcoming payments, contact us in live chat. Our team needs to review and handle the request. You do not need to cancel the package or wait for it to become Inactive just to request a switch.
If your card was recently charged but you intended to use Wallet, contact us for review. A credit or payment-method change is not automatic or guaranteed.
My package already renews from Wallet
Keep auto-renewal on and enough Wallet balance for the next cycle. We charge Wallet when renewal is due.
If renewal fails because the balance is too low, top up in Billing → Wallet. A top-up may trigger another renewal attempt while the subscription is still eligible. If the package remains Inactive, contact support to check its status. You do not always need to repurchase after a failed Wallet renewal.
If you turn auto-renewal off, the package ends on its expiry date.
My package is already Inactive and has a Repurchase button
For a failed Wallet-paid renewal, start with the top-up steps above. Otherwise, if your package is already Inactive and Repurchase this package is available:
Check that Billing → Wallet has enough balance for the package price.
Open the Inactive package in your dashboard.
Go to About → Repurchase this package.
At checkout, select Wallet. This purchase charges your Wallet balance.
If Wallet is greyed out, top up your balance. If Repurchase is unavailable, contact support.
Last invoice cannot be paid from Wallet. Swap replaces an IP; it does not renew or pay for a package.
Wallet top-ups
Wallet is your prepaid balance in Billing → Wallet. Manual top-ups and Auto Top-Up fund that balance; they do not change an existing package's payment method. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable.
Crypto and USDT top-ups can take up to an hour to appear. If your balance is still missing after an hour, contact support with the transaction hash. A Wallet deposit is not a new proxy order awaiting activation.
