Residential can refer to several different proxy products. Data limits and the meaning of the usage counters depend on your package type.
Residential product | Data limit | What you can check |
Static Residential (ISP) | The package is sold per IP, not per GB. There is no remaining-GB allowance to calculate. | Requests and combined download and upload traffic used during the current billing cycle. |
Rotating Residential per GB | The package includes a fixed traffic allowance. Combined download and upload traffic counts toward this limit. | Traffic limit, traffic used during the current billing cycle, percentage used, and the values needed to calculate remaining data. |
Unlimited Residential | There is no GB allowance or data overage. The package is based on a fixed channel speed measured in Mbps. | Traffic used and requests. The selected Mbps tier determines the channel capacity. |
Check the current billing cycle
Open My Proxies.
Select the Residential package you want to check.
Open the About tab.
For a Rotating Residential per GB package, subtract the traffic used during the current billing cycle from the package's traffic limit to calculate how much data remains. The labels for these values follow the Package limit type shown in About. You can also use % used as a quick indicator.
Static Residential and Unlimited Residential packages do not have a remaining-GB balance because they are not billed per GB.

Choose Start Date and End Date, or use Hour, Day, Week, Month, or Current Billing Cycle to select a time range. These buttons select the period to view, not the graph's level of detail.
